• What age should I be to join GetZoot?

         The minimum age required to join the fun is 18!

• I am not receiving the email/ phone number verification code when trying to log in. What can I do?

         Please double check the email address/phone number to make sure they were correctly imputed. If there is no issue there, try checking your spam folders as the codes may sometimes land there. If this is also ruled out, try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser and request a new code.

         If everything fails, reach our Customer Support and we will gladly try and get you back on track as soon as possible.

• What is the difference between gold coins (yellow coins) and sweeps coins (green coins) ?

         Gold coins have no monetary value and can be used to have fun or try out our selection of games. These are usually awarded with daily logins, giveaways and promotions. Any purchase of green coins will also award an amount of gold coins.

         Sweeps coins have a monetary value of 1 US dollar each. These are obtained via daily logins, giveaways and purchases from our store.

• How do I cash out? What is the minimum amount for cash out? 

       The minimum of sweep coins (green coins) required for cash out is 40. Cash out is possible only after your account is fully verified. To cash out, click on your profile to open the menu view and go to "Redeem". You will be able to cash out with a payment method that is already registered as long as the 5x playthrough requirement has been met.

• Is there a playthrough requirement?

      All sweep coins are subject to a 5x playthrough requirement unless stated otherwise in future promotions/giveaways.
